Hi, my name is Rebecca and I started at Fell Cottage in January of 2024 as part of the Reception Team. Care navigators are members of GP support staff who have been trained to help patients get the right help from the right health professionals as soon as possible by asking for a little more detail from the patient when they call. I started working at Fell Cottage Surgery in April 2024.
