The practice area includes the Gateshead MBC District Wards of Low Fell, Chowdene, High Fell, Deckham and Saltwell. A map is displayed at reception which shows the practice boundary. If you move locally please inform reception of your new address.
If you move out of the practice area you will need to register with another doctor.
