Home visits may be made if the doctor feels there is a medical reason for not coming to surgery.
- If you need a home visit, please ask before 10.00am, unless a genuine emergency arises later.
- The doctors work as a team and it may not be your own doctor who makes the home visit.
- When you ask for a home visit, the receptionist will ask you for some information, including a contact number as the doctor may need to ring you. Please give this information; it will help the doctor decide how best to deal with your problem. The information will be treated confidentially. We will also need to know how urgent the problem is.
